i'm sorry your order was not received before Groundhog Day, but our cut off date, as posted, was January 24th All orders placed before 3pm daily after the cut off dates were shipped the same day. Your order was placed Jan 26th at approximately 4pm which would ship your order on the 27th which it did ship. I'm sure the snow storm created it from not arriving sooner also. We try our best and even when it's past the date we manually take them to the post office. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience...Glad you liked the socks .
